Tariffs on shipments to the USA: Since late July 2026, new tariffs are being charged on shipments to the USA by the US Government. The tariffs amount to 10% of the value of items shipped. In addition, our shipping company charges administrative fees from around $10. The tariffs and fees are collected online by the shipping company prior to delivery of the goods.

Payment options

We accept payments via a variety of methods including secure online payment via credit and debit cards.

Credit/debit cards

We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards including MasterCard and Visa cards. Credit card payments are processed securely by our payments provider. We do not store, nor do we have access to your credit card details.

Bank transfer

We prefer payment with orders via credit/debit card. These are the quickest and most efficient means of payment. However, when this is not possible, we can accept payment via bank transfer.

To place an order and pay via bank transfer, please email details of the products your require, your billing address and shipping address to sales@dseenterprises.org.

When we receive your order, we will email a quotation and details of our bank details and instructions for payment.

Please wire funds in UK Pounds (GBP). If wiring funds from abroad, please ensure that bank charges are not deducted from the sum transferred. Please quote your quotation number as a reference for the transfer. We will dispatch goods within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Invoice

We prefer payment with orders via credit/debit card. These are the quickest and most efficient means of payment.

However, we appreciate that some schools and organisations do not have payment cards and are able to invoice UK public sector organisations, including schools, NHS organisations and local authorities. Our terms are 14 days.

Payments in other currencies

We can only accept payments via bank transfer in British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD). We accept payments in many other currencies via credit or debit cards online. For a quotation in Euros or US dollars and information about payment options, please contact sales@dseinternational.org with details of the items you wish to order.

Sales taxes and tariffs: Physical products are shipped from the United Kingdom free of local sales taxes. In many countries, no further taxes are charged on teaching materials. However, some countries do now apply sales taxes and/or tariffs on shipments arriving from other countries. We do not collect any additional taxes or tariffs at the time of purchase - where applicable, these are collected in different ways in different countries, often via the courier handling the shipment. Please check your local regulations for details of sales taxes or tariffs that might be due on shipments arriving from the UK.
